Group Assignment

Abstract: Each group will develop a comprehensive 5 – 7 minute presentation utilizing multiple speakers, graphics, and PPT (or other slideshow program). This will be a business or professional presentation that calls for a specific and concrete decision on the part of the audience. Groups must follow the 3 part structure we have discussed in class. Each team is expected to develop a PPT (which may be more than 3 slides, but still follow the 3-part process) and a position paper.

Schedule and timetable: We will have three weeks (class sessions) to develop and present.

Grading: This assignment will count for 35% of your group grade. The entire team will receive the same grade. Choice of topic: You should stick to your group theme – though if you wish to change it is a good idea to let me know NOW. You can choose to make the presentation FROM or TO your POV. The gov/dip group, for instance, may make their presentation to a government official, agency, or entity.
